Everyone is familiar with the situation when, after communicating with another person, you feel literally poisoned. Negative attitudes, indifference or passivity act negatively. This is how toxic people are dangerous, they not only themselves do not know how to enjoy life, but are also able to deprive anyone of energy. Is it possible to build healthy relationships with them and is it worth the effort? Psychologist Marina Rybnikova reports

First of all, you need to pay attention to your close environment - relatives, friends and acquaintances. It is with them that we communicate quite often, so it is worth understanding their features. Take a close look at all seven types of toxic people who are negatively charged, and think about how to build relationships with them to avoid problems. And is it necessary to do this?

Type 1. Victim of circumstance

A person constantly complains and blames everyone around for his troubles. His boss or colleagues are to blame for his career failures, his wife is to blame for family troubles. He is able to see tragedy and negativity in any joyful event.

What is dangerous

The victim does not allow moving forward, adds fear and insecurity, can devalue any achievement.

What to do?

It is best to completely exclude Victims from your social circle and not waste energy on them. If you can't avoid contact, keep communication to a minimum. React neutral to complaints and turn the conversation to another topic.

Type 2. Consumer

A person is used to achieving everything at someone else's expense and does not see the need to do something on his own. He borrows money and things, but he does it in a demand mode - "you are provided, therefore you must give." Returns debts reluctantly, likes to accuse others of callousness and selfishness.

What is dangerous

The consumer cannot be trusted - selfish motives in him are always stronger than friendly ones.

What to do?

Such people should be excluded from life or, if possible, communication should be minimized, not allowing themselves to be put in the position of a guardian.

Type 3. Saboteur

This person is always on an emotional swing, makes decisions under the influence of momentary feelings, does not know how to control emotions. This is an interesting and bright personality, capable of inspiring and infecting with his ideas. But he himself does nothing.

What is dangerous

The Saboteur's life is a series of ideas, none of which will be realized, because another is in a hurry to replace it. Falling into the whirlpool of his enthusiasm, you risk losing your own course and not completing anything.

What to do?

The safest way is to accept his features, observe, be inspired, but not let such a person into your life.

Type 4. Bore

An excellent strategist who lacks the agility and riskiness to implement something. He is smart and well-read, it is quite interesting to communicate with him. But when it comes down to it, he clogs the information field with an abundance of unnecessary facts and stops any process.

What is dangerous

People of a logical mind will be comfortable with the Bore, but the rest of them are quite difficult to get along with. Prolonged contact with such a person is ineffective.

What to do?

You can get a lot of useful information from the Bore, but communication with him needs to be measured. Learn to stop it if you realize that it goes too deep.

Type 5. Independent

An asocial personality who emphasizes that he does not need other people or social benefits. Most often, this is an already established, financially secure person who has now decided to relax.

What is dangerous

If you have not yet achieved all the desired benefits, the Independent will pull you along and will not let you go your own way.

What to do?

You can safely communicate with the Independent when you yourself have approached the issue of internal balance. If your emotional levels and stages of personality formation are different, you better keep your distance.

Type 6. Hypocrite

Causes only positive emotions, because he never says anything that a person would not like to hear. To self-centered people, a hypocrite may seem like a best friend, because he always responds with praise to everything.

What is dangerous

This type of person always only takes and gives nothing but flattery and speeches of praise. In fact, all his actions are manipulations in order to get as much as possible from you.

What to do?

Pay attention to your own feelings, tame your ego, and filter out things that really only indulge your self-esteem.

Type 7. Swamp

The average person who is doing well. Average earnings, standard hobbies - he does not take risks, does not make plans, does not set global goals.

What is dangerous

It's easy to get bogged down with such a person, to lose all desire to develop and achieve something meaningful.

What to do?

Avoid the Swamp, do not let his philosophy of everyday life penetrate into your life, otherwise you risk being infected with his passivity and amorphousness.
