If you need positive changes in your life - this program is for you. 51 Days for Change is a program in which you are the protagonist walking towards your goal.

How would this happen

Every day for 51 days, you will receive assignments that will guide you towards the behavioral changes you want. Ideally, the program will take 51 days, but from experience, you will miss some days and it will all take longer. This is normal.

Each task is a short video with instructions. Typically, you will need a time and place when and where no one will bother you and you will not be distracted. After completing the tasks, you will send answers or feedback through the communication channel that we have established with you.

What will need to be done

You are encouraged to do whatever is required in the assignment to increase the effectiveness of interventions and increase the likelihood of change. There is no point in not doing assignments and pretending that you did them. But, of course, you are free to do so.

The program will become more personal with each new day, with each task. More details about the program are described in the informed consent, which each participant will receive along with the first task.

The 51 Days to Change program builds on the results of experimental research and uses the following approaches:

  • Imagination
  • Storytelling
  • Modifying cognitive preferences
  • Prospection
  • "Stress Vaccination"
  • Implicit optimism training
  • Placebo

But all of these approaches are worthless and pointless without you. All this is only and exclusively about you, and about your goal, and about the fact that on the way to it you must understand what to learn, and what to overcome, finding unexpected help along the way, and getting to know yourself better. Each task and exercise will make sense only when it makes sense for you, when it brings you closer to the desired goal.

Therefore, everything in this program plays a role, and there is nothing superfluous.

You will:

  • Learn to guess and predict the future, and you will start to succeed.
  • Learn the technique of mental contrast and the technique of executing intentions in order to think about your goals in the most effective way.

  • Practice several writing techniques that will make you better in every way.
