In February, the cycle "Sounding Canvases" of the Belcanto Foundation will acquaint viewers with the work of Renaissance artists: Leonardo Da Vinci, Paolo Veronese, Titian, Raphael Santi. The canvases of the brightest representatives of the early and late Renaissance will come to life within the walls of the oldest Lutheran cathedral in Moscow - the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul.

"Sounding Canvases" is a musical project at the intersection of two disciplines, music and painting. Multimedia canvases based on paintings by famous painters are projected onto the vaults of an ancient cathedral, accompanied by musical masterpieces by composers from different eras and countries.

February 8 "Sounding Canvases: Da Vinci, Van Gogh, Cezanne" guests will hear one of the most famous musical works in history - "Toccata and Fugue in D Minor" by Johann Sebastian Bach, as well as musical compositions by Anatoly Lyadov, Pietro Mascagni, Alexander Borodin in performed by the famous Moscow organist Anastasia Sidelnikova and the Central Military Orchestra of the RF Ministry of Defense.

February 20 "Sounding canvases: Titian, Raphael, Veronese" one of the best choirs in the country - the State Chapel of Moscow. Sudakov and the Sudakov State Capella Chamber Orchestra will perform works by Vivaldi, Bach, Caccini, Schubert, Mascagni and Pergolesi.

February 22 "Sounding canvases: Titian, Raphael, Da Vinci" the last, unfinished masterpiece, the famous "Requiem" by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, will be performed by the State Academic Choir Capella of Russia. Yurlova and soloist of the Moscow State Academic Philharmonic Anastasia Sidelnikova.
