Symptoms for which you should seek psychotherapeutic (but not psychiatric!) Help:
- anxiety, fears;
- a long, from two weeks feeling of depression, melancholy, sadness;
- lack of pleasure in those activities that used to bring joy and a sense of satisfaction;
- obsessive thoughts that cause discomfort;
- attacks of jealousy, anger, rage;
- sleep disorders - insomnia or, conversely, constant drowsiness;
- the inability to focus on matters that were not previously difficult;
- alcohol abuse, other psychoactive substances;
- mood changing sharply for no apparent reason;
- a change in the sexual sphere - a decrease in desire or, conversely, constant arousal;
- more frequent quarrels with loved ones - colleagues, family members;
- visual and auditory hallucinations;
- confusion, memory lapses;
- feeling of being followed or stalked.
