Bluebeard first.

There are people, as they say, "with a bad character." In fact, it is not that bad at all (although, indeed, difficult). It's just that they are woven of contradictions: petty and generous, capable of monotonous work and outbursts of irritability, sincere and sometimes hypocritical, demanding and ready to derail everything … You need to know the key to them, and then you can deal with them.

Bluebeard is cruel and sentimental. To see the feelings, you have to disassemble, tear off the fly's legs … Show cruelty in order to feel pity. It was for him that Mayakovsky's verse was written about a dog carrying a paw cut off by a train into a kennel.

For the same reason, he combines hypocrisy and depravity in an unthinkable proportion and can torment him with his caresses.

  • Sincerity to break, but at the same time peeping: "Do they believe?" It would seem an impossible combination of sincerity and falsehood. The desire to be good and right, to sin and repent. Constant opposition to cleanliness and dirt. Either perfect cleanliness, or all this is pretense.
  • He knows almost nothing about himself. Every time he falls into a ditch, he thinks that the ditch is to blame.
  • Very secretive, and from himself. Sometimes, for some unknown reason or out of inertia, she encrypts the simplest things (like that employee of a secret factory who still burns documentation on a candle).
  • Has little ability to describe his feelings. Reacts gratefully to their description (in a tone of assumption). He only learns what is submitted, does not develop this skill on his own.
  • The combination of monotony with an explosion. Shows aggression rarely, unexpectedly, sharply changing his tone. It is worth celebrating and welcoming, removing the feeling of easily arising guilt.
  • Constantly emphasizes how good he is, how much he does for people. Falls into "bliss" when he talks about it. You should listen without irony and, if possible, not for long.
  • Most of all he is interested in decisive turns, answers to behavior. The resonance and immediate sensation of others is weakened and the regulatory framework is heightened. Must check frequently to see if everything is in order. For this he likes to check people: good or not? He is looking for a "mentor" for himself on narrow issues, and such that he does not have much power, rather a consultant, dependent on him, subordinate.
  • In many respects he lives with declarations and "ideological campaigns", which he hardly distinguishes from reality. In general, the signified is often confused with the sign, content and expression. Therefore, the little things are often bloated and come to the fore.
  • Basically modest, just dresses, does not like unnecessary servants (if there is one, he is very democratic).

How to communicate with Bluebeard

  • The rule of the first three minutes with him is of particular importance: he will sniff anxiously, like a king who has been served with a cup - and he checks to see if the wine is poisoned. This will be repeated at every meeting, albeit to a lesser extent. Still, he gets used to it, though not quickly. But with the parameters of trust and suspicion (jealousy) you need to be especially careful.
  • He does not need obedient slaves, but clever friends! It is a smart person who will always remember about jealousy and irascibility and try not to cause these attacks of inadequacy.
  • He loves a detailed description of little things, when a complete picture is formed from them, it seems to add optics to him. He suddenly seems to "come to the surface", looks around and gets a new outlook (which is enough for him for some time).
  • He is in states of either monotony, when it is difficult to be distracted and all in a routine, or a hunter, with a sharp jump in tension. It is worth being prepared for sudden switches and for following its states.
  • Dislikes drafts, but can be carried away in teamwork. There must be confidence in the achievability. Poorly tolerates uncertainty, but not enough to avoid it (sometimes quite gambling). Uncertainty both frightens and beckons - just like fate in general, the power of which recognizes.
  • One gets the impression that he lives in a labyrinth, with alternate passages, although he considers himself very direct and simple. Working with him, you need to be prepared for a complex route map and analysis of its various turns.
  • It is especially important to sincerely express sympathy and good memory for details; he often arranges spontaneous checks, although he has a large margin of confidence - it can suddenly dry up.
  • Be sure to be prepared for dysphoria and mood swings. The more pronounced they are, the more they do not want to see them and hides them.
  • His zone of turbulence is a sharp surge of irritability, then blind spots of perception appear, he easily takes the suspicious for reality. During this period, you need to communicate with him evenly and calmly, with neutral support and at a possible distance. During an attack - no humor and attempts to convince.
  • Monogamous, monomaniac. Focused on one job, one family (often late), a stable circle of employees. It is necessary to swing and offer him something new in the most ready-made form, but before that, let him grow.
