Description
A performance based on Schiller's play about the love of young Louise and the aristocrat Ferdinand. Lovers are surrounded by intrigues and intrigues, and they have only love. Having failed to cope with external contradictions, the heroes themselves "split": they begin to be tormented by doubts, and each of them makes a fatal mistake.
Psychological meaning
It is not so important what kind of external antagonism we face: if the internal integrity is preserved, the situation will not become destructive. But as soon as the inner integrity has cracked, any external push can overturn us. On stage, you will see a number of doors: characters in the play either walk through them or get stuck. The door here is a symbol of transformation, transition, development. And development occurs when there is a mismatch, a contradiction. If the mismatch is moderate, it gives us the opportunity for transformation. But excessive contradiction leads to the fact that we "hit the door."
Interesting
It is easy to see the symbols of splitting in the performance: only black and white colors are used in the costumes; the role of the intriguer Wurm is played by two actors, he is "split"; one hand in a glove, the other without it.
